Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for internal teams and external partners.
- Create engaging and visually appealing training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, guides, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align training content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Support the launch of new health supplement products by conducting training sessions and webinars.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures and digital content, to support product promotions.
- Travel occasionally to conduct in-person training sessions and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information and make it accessible to diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging training materials.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and embrace a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
