Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on consumer electronics, including smartphones, smart home devices, and wearable tech.
- Design engaging training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product releases, and technological advancements to ensure training content remains current.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align training objectives with business goals.
- Travel to various locations in Bali (and occasionally beyond) to deliver on-site training as needed.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, teaching, or corporate education, preferably in consumer electronics or technology.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using and troubleshooting consumer electronic devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a patient, adaptive approach to different learning styles.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions with varying schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
