Responsibility
- Develop and implement product strategies to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to refine product specifications and messaging.
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to internal teams and external clients.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
- Create compelling product documentation, including brochures, manuals, and presentations.
- Monitor product performance and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the lighting or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
