Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of new services and product enhancements, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and company objectives.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs to upskill internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices and new methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps, providing actionable insights for product strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to integrate research findings into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process manuals, training materials, and research reports, to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented services, gathering feedback to iterate and improve solutions.
- Represent the company in industry events, workshops, and client meetings to showcase expertise and build strategic partnerships.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, market research, or ISO consulting, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs or workshops with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar) and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and quality management systems is highly desirable.
