Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Lead the creation of go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on product value propositions and customer-facing materials.
  • Produce high-impact marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and media engagements to build brand authority.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, and social media, to amplify product visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asian markets or for multinational companies is highly desirable.
