Responsibility
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to Baliâs market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Create and manage marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations, digital assets) that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Lead demand generation campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Partner with local influencers, media, and industry events to amplify brand presence in Baliâs competitive landscape.
- Train and enable sales teams with product knowledge and sales tools to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and demand generation in Southeast Asia or emerging markets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a bonus.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, and performance-based digital campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with stakeholders across time zones.
