Responsibility
- Develop and execute product strategies for gaming gears and accessories.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine product offerings.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and timely production.
- Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in gaming hardware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming or consumer electronics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gaming hardware trends.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
