Responsibility
- Develop and execute the product strategy for APAC Controls Service, ensuring alignment with regional and global business goals.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Drive the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure successful product adoption.
- Travel within the APAC region (10-25%) to support product launches, customer meetings, and team collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in product development and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the controls or building automation industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing service products in the APAC market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in a multinational environment and managing cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
- Knowledge of smart building technologies, IoT, or related fields is highly desirable.
