Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Present product roadmaps and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology or customer support industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, Agile, and Scrum.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
