Responsibility
- Develop and implement IT cost allocation models for semiconductor manufacturing digitalization projects, ensuring alignment with global financial standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize IT portfolios, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct financial analysis of IT investments, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for budget planning and resource allocation.
- Lead the governance and compliance of IT spending, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Digitalization teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve ROI on technology deployments.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track IT expenditures, portfolio performance, and KPIs for stakeholders.
- Drive vendor management and contract negotiations to secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Support digital transformation roadmaps by evaluating emerging technologies and their financial viability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT financial management, cost controlling, or portfolio management, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Proven expertise in IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), ITIL frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German or Mandarin is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to stakeholder management across global teams and senior leadership.
- Certifications such as CMA, CFA, PMP, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
