Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for product management teams, ensuring timely execution of projects and deliverables.
- Maintain and update product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between product managers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to align on goals and timelines.
- Organize and schedule product-related meetings, workshops, and reviews, including preparation of agendas and follow-up actions.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to support efficient product development.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Implement and improve administrative systems and workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners or vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or product support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and basic project management principles is advantageous.
