Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality supply chains.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, such as delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or contractual disputes.
- Support the implementation of procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all procurement activities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
