Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for Etex Indonesia to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead and mentor the local procurement team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including vendor identification, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with international supply chain teams to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with global ethical sourcing standards.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide actionable insights for budget forecasting.
- Oversee direct and indirect procurement categories to maximize the value delivered to the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a multinational manufacturing company.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data-driven analytical reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts with local and international suppliers.
- Excellent fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian trade regulations, customs, and local manufacturing logistics.
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
