Responsibility
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess procurement needs and align purchases with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and budgets for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative support roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement tools is a plus.
