Responsibility

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for cafeteria operations while ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and maintain a reliable supplier network.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers or internal teams.
  • Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining procurement records.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, local regulations, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
