Responsibility
- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for cafeteria operations while ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and maintain a reliable supplier network.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers or internal teams.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining procurement records.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, local regulations, and food safety standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management on procurement activities and expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Knowledge of inventory management, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and local procurement regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
