Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records, including POs, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align purchasing activities with business objectives.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently and proactively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
