Responsibility
- Define and execute the regional delivery strategy to optimize operational efficiency across APAC.
- Drive the adoption of standardized delivery methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
- Partner with global stakeholders to localize operational frameworks and align them with regional business goals.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to foster an environment of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
- Analyze regional performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and implement scalable solutions.
- Mentor senior leadership teams on operating best practices and delivery enablement standards.
- Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks for regional delivery operations.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in regional operations, program management, or delivery leadership within a large-scale enterprise.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs within the technology or consulting sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership in a global matrix environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining strategic focus.
- Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape and cultural nuances influencing delivery models.
