Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments for enterprise clients to identify ICT requirements and pain points.
- Design and propose customized technical solutions (e.g., cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation frameworks) tailored to client business goals.
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to create competitive proposals, RFP responses, and pricing models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., 5G, AI, IoT, SD-WAN) and China Telecom’s product roadmap to position solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor on technology and business strategy.
- Provide technical expertise during negotiations to address client concerns and close deals.
- Document and share best practices, case studies, and lessons learned to improve presales processes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Presales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role in the ICT industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through technical sales and solution design.
- Deep understanding of enterprise ICT solutions, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and proposal development in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with China Telecom’s products/services or similar telecom/ICT providers is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCNP, AWS/Azure, ITIL) are advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
