Responsibility
- Design and generate high-quality gaming ad assets (banners, videos, animations) using AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion.
- Develop performance-driven creative content tailored to A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual assets with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and KPIs.
- Optimize ad creatives for various platforms (social media, mobile, web) to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of AI design trends and tools, implementing best practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Edit and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure professional-grade quality and brand consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on designs and improve engagement outcomes.
- Maintain a library of reusable templates, styles, and assets for rapid deployment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital advertising design, preferably in gaming or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) and traditional software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative ad assets, animations, or motion graphics.
