Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting OCBC Bank's financial products and services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning sessions with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and customer service, to deliver seamless and integrated financial solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and present financial reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or retail banking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems.
- Certification in financial planning or wealth management is a plus.
