Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment strategies, wealth management, and credit facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment, credit, and compliance) to deliver seamless and integrated banking services.
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to proactively recommend opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reviews and performance reports to clients.
  • Stay updated on global and local economic trends to provide informed, strategic advice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or wealth management, preferably with a global bank.
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
