Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Provide tailored banking and investment solutions, including wealth management, credit facilities, and insurance products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and strategic portfolio growth.
- Conduct financial health assessments and recommend suitable products to optimize client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Private Banking, Treasury, Retail) to deliver integrated financial services.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice.
- Organize and participate in client events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or retail banking, preferably with a focus on affluent clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, investment instruments, and financial planning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking tools is preferred.
