Responsibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.
- Provide pre-sales support, including technical consultations, system design, and feasibility assessments.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Securemetricâs products, staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their technical needs are met throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements.
- Assist in training sales teams on technical aspects of products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, authentication solutions, or digital identity management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through technical expertise and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud solutions, or hardware security products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
