We are seeking a seasoned and strategic PPIC Manager to join a leading manufacturing firm in Tangerang. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production planning, inventory control, and supply chain scheduling processes to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, lean production principles, and capacity planning. You will act as the bridge between sales forecasts, production capability, and procurement, ensuring that our output consistently meets market demand while minimizing carrying costs and production bottlenecks. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and machine capacity.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure zero stock-outs while maintaining optimal turnover rates.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to improve performance and adhere to production KPIs.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales departments to synchronize supply chain activities.
- Implement ERP systems or process enhancements to streamline planning and tracking workflows.
- Monitor production output against the master production schedule (MPS) and address bottlenecks proactively.
- Manage raw material procurement lead times and ensure material availability for uninterrupted production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in PPIC, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain software.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, JIT (Just-In-Time) systems, and capacity planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
