Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of poultry farms, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor the health and welfare of poultry flocks, implementing biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Coordinate with veterinary professionals to administer vaccinations, treatments, and health checks.
- Manage feed inventory, ensuring optimal nutrition and cost-efficiency for poultry flocks.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including production data, health reports, and inventory logs.
- Train and supervise farm staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute farm improvement plans and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry farm management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using farm management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
