Responsibility
- Oversee daily pool rental operations, including bookings, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Ensure all pool facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Manage a team of staff, including lifeguards, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory of pool supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational performance for management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, or rental operations (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with booking systems, inventory management, and basic accounting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for pool and recreational facilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
- Local knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry and popular rental locations is advantageous.
