Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end management of water and wastewater treatment EPC projects to ensure operational success.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams covering mechanical, electrical, and civil works to ensure site coordination.
- Manage onsite project execution, including pipe installation and structural civil works, in accordance with technical specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor site progress, budget allocation, and resource management to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and site issues.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance and maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to site engineering and technical staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or plant operations within the water and wastewater treatment sector.
- Proven expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project workflows.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment technologies, fluid mechanics, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and managing civil and mechanical installations.
- Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on project delivery.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
