Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant line equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in mechatronic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications for record-keeping and analysis.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment handling and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechatronics and automation technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
