Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions, including stroke survivors and elderly individuals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercise programs, and assistive device training.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in neurological rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in neurological rehabilitation or elderly care (fresh graduates with strong clinical internship experience may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of stroke rehabilitation, geriatric care, and evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical practice.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
