Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote recovery and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices through continuous professional development.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for recovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
