Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Process prescriptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and organize pharmacy records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of sterile and non-sterile compounds.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Pharmacy Assistance or related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and regulations.
