Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to promote Sun Pharma’s product portfolio.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional strategies tailored to Bali’s healthcare landscape.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare industry trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
