Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide accurate, up-to-date information on Sun Pharma’s portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
