Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and inventory tracking systems.
- Process orders, invoices, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.
- Coordinate between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to streamline communication and operations.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
