Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end pet travel arrangements, including flight bookings, ground transportation, and accommodation.
- Assist clients with pet relocation documentation, such as health certificates, import/export permits, and vaccination records.
- Liaise with airlines, customs officials, and veterinary partners to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
- Provide personalized customer support to pet owners, addressing concerns and offering solutions for a smooth travel experience.
- Monitor pet travel itineraries in real-time, troubleshooting delays or issues to minimize stress for pets and owners.
- Educate clients on pet travel requirements, including crate specifications, microchipping, and quarantine protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all pet travel cases, including client communications, expenses, and post-travel feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service offerings and streamline processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, travel coordination, or veterinary support (pet relocation experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of pet travel regulations, airline policies, and international import/export laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple pet travel cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to ethical, stress-free pet transportation.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, booking platforms, or travel management software.
