Are you passionate about fitness and helping others transform their lives? X Team Gym is looking for a dedicated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Cibinong. As a key member of our fitness staff, you will play a vital role in guiding our members toward their wellness goals through science-backed training programs, motivational coaching, and a focus on safety and results.
In this role, you will work closely with clients of varying fitness levels, designing bespoke workout routines that maximize performance and minimize the risk of injury. You will be the face of our gym, driving member retention through exceptional service and a positive, high-energy attitude. Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to individual member goals and physical capabilities.
- Conduct professional fitness assessments and monitor client progress regularly.
- Provide expert instruction on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to ensure member safety.
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay consistent with their fitness journey and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment on the gym floor.
- Proactively engage with members to build strong relationships and increase membership retention.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness, health, and wellness to provide high-value training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma; certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., BNSP, NASM, ACE, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a fitness instruction capacity.
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic sports nutrition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to demonstrate exercises effectively.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients per day.
- Passion for fitness and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or mornings/evenings as required.
