Responsibility
- Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Manage, train, and motivate the fitness and front-of-house staff to deliver world-class customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and retention.
- Manage gym inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.
- Organize community-focused events and fitness workshops to boost engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gym management or a hospitality-focused operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of fitness trends, gym equipment maintenance, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in driving sales, meeting targets, and growing membership databases.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in gym management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Certification in fitness management or related field is a strong plus.
