Responsibility

  • Manage the Group General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation as required.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with the Group General Manager’s priorities.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
