Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the CEO/CTO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and strategic documents.
- Coordinate and track key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Support the CEO/CTO in strategic initiatives, research, and decision-making processes.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT solutions and system developments is a plus.
