Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the founder and real estate team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (local and international).
- Handle correspondence, draft communications, and prepare reports or presentations.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor management and expense tracking.
- Assist in client relations, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries.
- Develop and implement efficient systems for document management and workflow optimization.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the founder, team members, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar business support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with real estate operations or a willingness to learn the industry.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate; remote work flexibility may be considered.
