Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize high-impact performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), search (Google Ads), and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Own the full-funnel performance, from lead generation to conversion, using data-driven insights to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other attribution platforms, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization, to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Work closely with the product and content teams to align marketing strategies with Hygrâs sustainability mission, ensuring brand consistency and authenticity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and provide regular updates to leadership, recommending adjustments to budget allocation and strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Expertise in paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and search (Google Ads) platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and present data-driven insights.
- Passion for sustainability and purpose-driven brands; experience in the eco-friendly or personal care industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
