Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure campaign success.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
- Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or e-commerce industry is advantageous.
