Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and affiliate channels.
- Optimize FTD (First-Time Deposit) and FTR (First-Time Revenue) metrics through continuous testing and refinement of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage and scale user acquisition budgets while maintaining or improving ROI, CAC, and LTV ratios.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing assets and messaging for different audience segments.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, tech) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and media buyers to expand reach and drive incremental growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition, preferably in a high-growth industry.
- Proven track record of managing 6-7 figure monthly ad budgets with measurable success in scaling campaigns.
- Expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and programmatic display.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust).
- Deep understanding of funnel optimization, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
