Responsibility
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement operational workflows to improve efficiency across departments, from inventory to digital asset management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate team events, training sessions, and performance reviews to boost engagement and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to track KPIs, budget allocations, and resource planning for scaling initiatives.
- Support cross-departmental projects, such as product launches or marketing campaigns, with logistical and administrative coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in a startup or e-commerce environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and basic financial software (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, QuickBooks).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for process improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Passion for team collaboration, culture-building, and operational excellence in a remote or hybrid work model.
