Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external vendors and government agencies for payroll-related submissions.
- Implement and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and audits.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP) is a plus.
