Responsibility
- Manage and process payroll-related inquiries with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of escalation for complex customer concerns regarding financial discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll bottlenecks and improve operational workflow.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the internal tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local labor regulations.
- Provide proactive communication to stakeholders regarding payroll status and updates.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a Financial or Payroll role.
- Strong background in data entry, reconciliation, or general accounting processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle escalated issues with empathy and professional resolution strategies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and financial software.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site office setting in Pasig City.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
