Responsibility

  • Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee vendor management, including payroll service providers, to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging technology and best practices to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate payroll systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and present payroll reports and analytics to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience with payroll software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP, CPA) is a plus.
