Responsibility
- Assist the payroll team in processing employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on time.
- Support the preparation and distribution of payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Help maintain and update employee payroll records, including personal details, tax information, and bank account details.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries related to compensation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for payroll purposes.
- Participate in month-end and year-end payroll closing activities, including tax filings and audits.
- Contribute to the improvement of payroll processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the payroll and HR departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws (training will be provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with payroll software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
