Responsibility
- Manage daily cash transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements to employees.
- Maintain meticulous financial records and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cashiering, payroll, or general accounting roles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
