Responsibility
- Greet and register patients with professionalism, ensuring accurate collection of personal and medical information.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management systems.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing clear and empathetic communication.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and billing documentation with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, both digital and physical, in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Assist in inventory management for clinic supplies and ensure a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and diplomatically.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related fields (or relevant work experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, clinic assistance, or front-desk operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software (e.g., EMR systems).
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
